Zenoba is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Zenoba Inc shall in no event be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including data loss, loss of profits or business interruption.
You acknowledge that: (a) no computer system is infallible, (b) service interruptions may occur, (c) AI suggestions are recommendations not decisions, (d) you are responsible for validating any AI output before production use, (e) backups are your responsibility even if automation exists.
Zenoba uses security measures including encryption, workspace isolation, roles and audit logs, but cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a security incident, we will inform you as soon as practicable and cooperate with authorities. Our liability is limited to the amount of your subscription for the past twelve months.
Zenoba Inc is not liable in cases of force majeure: natural disaster, third-party infrastructure failure (cloud, DNS, AI API), large-scale cyberattack, government decision, or any event beyond our reasonable control.
